RETIREMENT PLAN. Employees will be eligible to participate in a profit sharing plan after the first available enrollment period.
PROFIT SHARING PLAN. Based on the profits at end of the year, the company will determine additional profit sharing based on individual performance.
VACATION/HOLIDAYS. Employees will receive 3 weeks vacation per year. Employees will enjoy all major US holidays. Vacation and holiday time is accrued after 6 months of employment.
HEALTH INSURANCE. A health insurance plan will be made available for each employee. Premiums will be paid by SyCal upto a stated maximum.
SOCIETY DUES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS. SyCal will reimburse employees for one membership to a business related society.
TRAINING CLASSES. SyCal may require employees to attend training classes. These training classes will be paid for by SyCal. Employees may also request a specific training class pertaining to his or her duties. SyCal will consider paying for these classes as well.
MOBILE PHONES. SyCal will provide mobile phones if required. Currently all full-time employees have a personal mobile phone for use both local and out of state.
INTERNET CONNECTIONS. SyCal provides a high-speed Internet connection and a VPN for working at remote sites.
