Mr. D’Arcangelis has over 15 years of experience providing innovative control systems solutions for a wide range of industries including food and beverage, fresh produce, paints, and textiles. He has extensive experience in the ice cream industry with expertise in pasteurization, Clean-In-Place, 3A sanitary, ammonia refrigeration, and scraped surface heat exchangers and holds patents in the area of frozen dairy processing technology. He has engineered automated control systems for clients including Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream, Nestle, VitaSoy, Clorox, Lipton Tea, Gilroy Foods, Fuller O’Brien Paints, and Wellman Inc.
Mr. D’Arcangelis earned his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri Columbia with an emphasis in advanced control theories. He has publications in the area of Neural Network Control of Nonlinear Mechanical Systems.
